Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are MADE-TO-ORDER, hence you have 24hrs to cancel your order before we begin production of your order.

Can I track my order?
Once the parcel with your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with the USPS or UPS tracking number to follow its journey.
In case you are a registered customer, you will have the possibility to track your parcel accessing your account in the section My Orders.
How long will delivery take and how much will it cost?
Production begins one business day after the order is placed. All orders areMADE-TO-ORDER, hence the number of days for shipping will vary depending on when your fabric becomes available.
Our current production time is around 48 hours.Production time does not include packing and in-transit time. Production and shipping time can change without prior notification. Due to the high demand, our production time might increase along the season.
All deliveries are made with USPS . The orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rhode Island to your delivery address. Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 in the morning.
Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders up to $100 = $10 shipping
Orders $101-$200 = $15 shipping
Orders over $200 = FREE SHIPPING
How do I Measure my child??
All sizing is completely custom
Bust - Measure across the back and around the fullest part of the bust
Waist - measure around the natural indent of the waist
Hips - measure around the widest part of the hips
Girth - Measure from the midpoint of the shoulder, towards the front, through the crotch, and back around to meet the midpoint of the shoulder
Inseam - Measure from the crotch down to the ankle bone on the Inside of the leg

What about returns?
We hope you are happy with your Aspiration Dancewear merchandise. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dancewear and excellent value to customer. We do not offer MONETARY REFUNDS. We will gladly offer an Exchange or Store Credit if returned unused within 14 days of your delivery date, and in new condition accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Aspiration Dancewear is not obliged to accept returns of used, worn, washed or damaged goods. All merchandise must be returned in the same form in which they were received; in perfect condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Aspiration Dancewear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.

A 15% restocking fee will apply and deducted from your return.
• Be aware that we will not accept items with labels and/or security tags that have been removed, altered or damaged in any manner.
• Any returns not accepted will be sent back to the delivery address indicated in the original order.
• Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.

Please contact our client service department immediately in the case of receiving wrong/damaged goods. Once returned back to our warehouse, these goods will be refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when returning these goods.

What is a custom costume or base deposit ?
If you’ve been interested in one of our designs, this one’s for you. A custom deposit holds your spot to create a design all your own. Deposits are $65 and applied toward your final balance.

What does it mean to order a base for January 2024?
Let’s say you are competing in February, order a January deposit and receive your base by the end of that month! (Please send us an email to confirmed your need by date).

Are Custom Costumes Able to be returned?
Unfortunately they are not! Each custom costume is made to order AND made for your dancers song, routine, and style! They are special and cannot be returned for a refund. These costumes take a lot of love, blood, sweat, tears, and TIME! We will always offer options for alterations or anything we can do to help! Your satisfaction is so important to us.
